When we talk about denim, theres really only one brand that can transcend the centuries of trends and thats of course Levis. When approaching their own denim jacket, it made sense that would start with the Type II, which started appearing in the 1950s.

Orslow adjusted the fit and details, but in large its about minute changes. The iconic Type II pleats that can be cut to allow for expansion (shoutouts to belly boys) and patch pockets are ever-present.
